I am still waiting on some of the "freedoms" my ancestors didn't have!!! If you are wondering which ones, take your pick, I have plenty... just a note, I like the hat's on backwards, cute on kids, sexy on men over 40!!!!! over 50!!!!!...over 60!!!!!... 

Genealogy question: what was the legal age a "male" or "female" could sell property? do you know if it varied from state to state, or even county to county.? 18 or 21, I am trying to figure out an age and hit a wall with google to obtain the info--Thanks Shelley

Concerning racism... Wish I had said that, Claude. Actually, we'll know 
racism is no more when one can freely express a negative opinion about a 
person of another race and not have anyone yell, "racist!" It'll be a long 
time coming, I suspect. It has become too powerful a political weapon, and 
there are too many people willing to arm themselves with it in order to 
frighten/silence others.?

As to our freedoms that are so quickly being sold off ... our children, even 
to our grandchildren's grandchildren, will not be as free as we are, much 
less as we'd like to be. The framers of the Constitution must be
