Is there any indication on Land Taxes when a rural school was built?

Such as when the tract was cut off to accommodate a school?

I am specifically trying to find out the date of origin of the former Fort
Mitchell School in Lunenburg County. I assume there would be a deed of
conveyance. Who would be the grantee?

Thanks,
J. Spears
