goto www.vitalrec.com/va for information.  You can get the marriage
certificate from the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Richmond.  Or you can
borrow the microfilm from the Library of Virginia and get the information
that would be on the certificate.  There are the microfilms of the
marriage register, and the microfilms of the marriage index.   BVS will
just check the index and the register, and type the information on the
certificate.
