Does this mean a non-Virginia resident can no longer access the on-line information, even for genealogical reasons? I am a senior citizen in the western part of the US, and cannot travel to visit the library in person.

I hope you can answer my question,

Gayle Hudgens

>Virginia residents can renew online. When you first access your account in

>Unfortunately, online renewal is not available to non-Virginia residents.
