Was there a town call "Blue Ridge" in Rockingham County around 1800?

The death record of my ancestor (Rockingham Co., 1853) says that she was
born in "Blue Ridge." Other, reliable evidence says that she was born in
1800, and that she married in Rockingham County in 1818. According to
the U.S. Geological Survey
(http://www-nmd.usgs.gov/www/gnis/gnisform.html), the only place
*currently* called "Blue Ridge" is in Botetourt County.

Thanks.
