You may want to contact the Historical Society in Amelia County.  We 
bought several maps showing landownership in the late 1700s and early 
1800s from the society. We were able to use the landmarks from the map 
to locate the land owned by Perkinsons in that county. When I find time, 
I will review the maps looking for the owners you mention.
