In fact in 1880, J.D. Reed, Hatter, and family did live on Bank Street in 
Norfolk.  1880 Census, Virginia, Norfolk, Norfolk City, ED 72, p. 13, Lines 
24-27.  Also Lloyd Reed is just two houses above.
