Hello,
  Someone has asked me about Norfolk city death
certificates filed between 1896-1912 being at LVA. They
said that the state office of vital records received
them from the Norfolk health department and then sent
them on to LVA.

 I have not seen them on microfilms. Could someone tell
me if they actually have them at the library in some
form? Thank you.
