Touché Katie! Thank you for making the same points I was 
going to make and then some. 

The book signing is being held at LVA so it is only right that 
this list has the opportunity to refute what is in the book by 
using facts. Yes, this controversy has been discussed extensively 
here before but the fire has been lit again with the publication 
of the new book. Bucket brigades line up and depending on 
your view pass the gas or the water...stick to the facts...
no name calling...
