Seeking Help, Any leads would be nice.

I am still trying to connect with my great great grandfather Harvey
McCoy b; 12-23-1813 in Virginia, Trying to locate, place & identify
Harvey's parents/siblings.

Any help & or information would very much appreciated. My cousins & I
keep hitting that big brick wall. Of course this was Virginia at that
time & may be part of an adjoining state by now.
