Found in the 1880 census record of Bland Co., VA , roll # 1356,
Mechanicsburg Dist. - Pg. 18 - 17 Jun 1880.
James Taylor b: abt. 1847 in VA (James' father and mother were born in
VA too) m: Sarah (unknown) b: abt 1851 in VA, married abt. 1868 (maybe
in Bland Co., VA). James and Sarah had the following children:

1. Frances Marion - b: abt. 1869 in Bland Co., VA m: Cora Mitchel 12 Jan
1894 in Pulaski Co., VA
2. Katy - b: abt. 1870 in VA.
3. Luther - b: abt. 1875 in VA
4. Lora - b: abt. 1878 in VA
5. Nevell - b: May 1880 in Bland Co., VA
Also from the Charlie James Taylor (son of Frances Marion) family bible
the following children of James and Sarah were listed:
6. Don
7. Truline
8. Lee
9. Jim
10. Ward

Also found in this census record living nearby was:
Green Taylor b: abt 1853 m: abt. 1873 Stacy Johnson b: abt.1850 in VA.
Listed children are:
1. John - b: abt. 1874
2. Nancy - b: abt. 1877
3. Margaret - b: Mar 1880 in Bland Co., VA
Also living with Green and Stacy was Nancy Johnson b: abt. 1821 in NC,
Stacy's mother. Stacy's father was also born in NC.
Any info on ancestors or descendants of these folks will be greatly
appreciated.
