There is a Cool Springs Rd. in Stafford Co., VA, east of Falmouth, on the
north side of the Rappahannock River.  It's Business Rt. 3, south of Rt.
218.  It has a Fredericksburg address.

I put Cool Springs in the place name, and specified Fairfax, VA in
Mapquest.  This was the only match it gave, 38 miles away.
