Hi Fellow Listmates

Does anyone know (if) (where) for Brunswick and Mecklenburg Counties Virginia  the Freedmens's Register of Cohabitation might be located either original , abstract or M/F?

  This register may be referred to as:  

"Register of Colored Persons, [insert county name] County, State of Virginia, Cohabiting Together as Husband and Wife..."

I have searched LOV, LOC, Virginia GENWEB, googled it and have not found mention of  those particular counties.  

HELP????
