I just looked the book up on World Cat and it does not look like there 
is an index.   It looks like it is a juvenile biography of Daniel Boone, 
John Filson, Thomas Walker and Elisah Wallen.  The record shows 177 
pages and maps.   It is widely enough held that you could likely borrow 
it interlibrary loan through your public library.
