Since traffic on the lists is so slow again, guess I might as well
post another abstract of a record that may be of some use to some of
our Logan/Mingo/Tazewell Co. STARR researchers.

The Mother, Fannie Starr, was a daughter of Alexander "Alex" Starr &
Biddy Smith-Maynard. Alexander "Alex" Starr was a son of John Starr
of Logan Co.WV. & his 2nd wife Rebecca Ann Spence of Tazewell Co.VA.
