Zachariah was probably born about 1755 and possibly in Chesterfield Co., Va.,
and died intestate in 1822 in Campbell County. His wife is referenced as
Elizabeth, but her last name is not known. My search of Campbell County
court records has show him to be a land owner on both Molly’s Creek and Bear
Creek, he pays personal property taxes, serves as a juror, and is found in the
1810 and 1820 census. His likely children are:

Zachariah Trent, Jr. (1790-1815) never married.
Obediah H. Trent (1790-1865) m. Nancy Blankenship (1782) in 1810 Campbell
Co.
Sally Trent (abt. 1790) m. William Daniel (abt. 1790) in 1807 Campbell Co.
Thomas Trent (1798) m. Ann Hinton (1799) in 1821 Campbell Co.
Elizabeth Trent (1805) m. John E. Brooks (1805) in 1821 Campbell Co.

Who are the parents of Zachariah Trent and where was he born?
