May I suggest  that there are at least two (possibly more) sites  that
would be delighted to
have  Mr Murray  use their facilities to reach customers with paid ads
Roots Web      [log in to unmask]
  Missing Links      [log in to unmask]
Genealogical publications and local newsletters.

Like Mr Smith I  too had wondered at the use of the list for what  was
(no matter how worded and intended )
a commercial offer .
