Thought some might want to contrast these 1900 prices with those from
1850 posted by me a couple days ago.  I use 30-32 for the 1900
multiplier, just as I used 45-50 for the prices of 1850.  These are
average prices for these goods and furniture.

Again, the folly of the CPI given multipliers is apparent; I can not
imagine what prices they used to determine that 10 was a multiplier
for 1850 and 8 for 1900  ??????????????   Whatever.  Paul.
