I look forward to the digitization of the War of 1812 records. It seems
that they always "come in third place" versus the War Between the States
records and the Revolutionary War records. It appears that many of the War
of 1812 records are available only through the NARA, and even the best
genealogy libraries apparently do not have very complete records.
