Dan,

Go to   http://www.lva.lib.va.us/pubserv/genie.htm and left click the
Archives and Manuscripts Database. Do a Word Or Phrase Search, then keyword
search for PARKER and you will be given 214 hits. These are mostly bible
transcriptions.  I have gotten a wealth of information from bible records
that the county records did not have.
