A number of fabric stores sell civil war fabric reproductions.  I haven't
seen one that they say benefits a museum or organization other than the
fabric store or manufacturer.  Have you tried googling "Civil War"
fabrics museum?  The only thing I can think of is a museum selling
fabrics.
