Hi Scott and all,
  She must mean 1930 they have some states but not all
and only 4 indexes so far for that year.

 As far as the images loading slowly I have a dial-up
internet connection and they load pretty quickly for me.
It must also depend on the computer itself and obviously
the connection speed.
