Your grandparents were married in Fayette County, WV.  Laura was the
widow of a man named Mitchell.  You can see the marriage record on the
West Virginia Culture Website

Use the index for the marriages.  Put in Ford, Arthur and Mitchell,
Laura.  You will have the answer to where he was born and the names of
his parents.
