I had ancestry.com for a year and if I remember correctly it cost me
something like $69.95. My problem was that during this time I could never and never
did access the site. When I contacted Ancestry.com I got all kinds of excuses
but no real action. They called me recently and wanted me to renew my
subscription. When I told them about my problems they said that they were very sorry
that I had problems, but they offered no real assistance in correcting the
condition. My PC is a Dell 8200 and my Internet service provider is AOL. Ancestry
got my money but I never did get anything from them but excuses.
