The next program in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House lecture series will be held at noon on Tuesday, 16 March,
2010 in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby of the Library of
Virginia at 800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond. 

The speaker will be Lisa Goff, Exhibit Curator for the current Library
exhibit, The Land We Live In, The Land We Left: Virginia's People. She
will relate the history of immigration to current national and state
debates about the status of immigration. Goff will lead an in-depth tour
of the exhibition following the talk. RSVP by March 12 to 804-692-3901.
Space is limited. 

There is free underground parking for Library patrons but please note
