I am not an expert, but I agree with Paul's interpretation. This is not 
a will. Look in any edition of Blacks Law Dictionary for a definition 
of indenture. What would really be interesting are the "covenants 
hereafter mentioned" which were left out of the original posting.

As to whether the person in question was a minor or not, one would have 
to refer to Henings to determine the law relevant at the time the 
indenture was made.
