Hello,

My question is if a person was killed in a car accident in one county but
resided in another county, what county would probate be in ?
Also, there was a 15 year old child who survived the accident but both
parents were killed. Wouldn't there have to be a record of guardianship
for this child in the county where they resided in before their death ?

Thank you in advance,

Marie
