I am hoping to connect with someone researching the Griffins of Halifax County. My starting 
point is Elijah Griffin b. 1761 d. 1845 in TN and m. 20 Jan 1785 to Mary Gold. I believe his 
father is Ralph Griffin, who received some land from his father, Richard, whose will was 
probated in 1751 in Lunenburg Co, Virginia.

I am new to this search, so any help will be appreciated.
