Before
you order, you might contact the Virginia Historical Society to assure there
has been no price change since this posting: Gilmer maps in the collection -
the Virginia Historical Society has reproduced 75 of the maps and does
include Mecklenburg County, 1864 map, map #56. They also have another map
listed as Mecklenburg, Brunswick and Greensville Counties, 1864. The maps are
reproduced on a heavy, buff paper. The cost of each map is $30.00 plus $5.00
shipping. (Add $1.35 tax per map if you are a Virginia resident.) You may
send an order and a check to: Virginia Historical Society, 428 North
Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23220, Attention: Museum Shop. If you would like to
