Thank you, Joy and Paul, for such a concise explanation of what I can only
describe as the most repetitive and boring transaction I've ever read. I've
always preferred the complete document to the abstract, but in THIS
case...:-)

Now one more question. Paul mentioned that these "leases" could span a day
to a year. What is the significance, if any, in the fact that this doc was a
"year" lease and not a "one day" lease?
