EEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKK.......  Tori, your question bristles with further questions, and may not be answered without some further research on your part..........  The best of the avenues to such interpretations/values are estates sales at the period of which you speak and at your WHERE, WHERE, WHERE !!!!!!!!!!  Such values varied greatly from time to time and place to place, just as those do today, and the taxes on such personal property were levied, just as now, i.e., how much does the local govt. need/demand/plan to steal this year....

Be aware that for your purposes the estates sales are preferable to the inventories/appraisals, since the appraisals are but opinions of friends of the court, while the estate sales reflect what the items truly did fetch in the open market of people who lived in that neighborhood/community at that date.
