Put the memorial back in Memorial Day. 
Wherever you are at 3 p.m. on Monday (in every time zone), stop and join in the National Moment of Remembrance: take a minute to stand in silence and honor the more than 1 million Americans who've died fighting in all of our wars since 1775.  Visit remember.gov to learn more.  There is a short poem "Last Monday in May" and "On This Day" song on this interesting website.
