If you go to familysearch.org and click on their Pilot Site Record Search you can see the 1900 image for free other years have just the extracted data. I don't think they have completed the 1910 census yet.

Could someone that has ancestry.com look for an Arthur TURNER, age  ~6  in 
1900 and ~16 in 1910, in KY please? I'm interested in the  parents, location
