Hello Everyone,

In 1780 in Virginia, if a mother dies intestate and has her own property that
is protected legally by a prenuptial agreement or other legal instrument from
her husband's clutches, who would automatically get her land upon her death?
Her eldest son? Would the principal of primogeniture apply here as well?

Thanks, Janet Hunter
