The governor of Virginia has announced that Monday, 3 July 2006, will be
an additional holiday for all state employees. Therefore, the Library of
Virginia will be closed on both Monday, 3 July, and Tuesday, 4 July
2006.

The Library of Virginia is open 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday,
state holidays excepted. The library will be open as usual from 9:00 to
5:00 on Saturday, 1 July 2006.

There is free, secure, underground parking at the Library of Virginia at
800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond. For more information about
