I received the following from a family correspondent.  Anyone have a ready
answer?

I used to be able to go to LVA, electronic card index, and search by name,
see the card with info and if it was the one I wanted , I could see the actual
document and print it off.

Apparently it has changed,  the web site I had book marked does not seem to
be there any more.
