Assessing LVA online files

    Dear LVA Online Managers & Fellow Researchers,

  Has LVA changed the way file are accessed online or do I have a new glitch in my computer?  From the Index,  I clicked on a file in the Historical Inventory, did a search, and all went as usual until  I tried to retrieve  a page from the URL link.  Instead of opening, I was given the choice of downloading or cancelling.   Same thing happened when I tried to retrieve a page in a Land Grant file.    I've been using these same files for several years and never had this happen before.  Help!
