Parents were Robert ELLIOTT and unknown DOBSON

Robert ELLIOTT may have had two brothers, Thomas and Joseph (or James).
Robert likely died c. 1785.

- Was Peter's uncle Thomas the same Thomas ELLIOTT who later lived in
Richmond and died in the 1810s?
- Who was Peter's mother?
- Are these ELLIOTTS descended from Colonel Anthony ELLIOTT of 17th century
Gloucester County?
