If you put in the original link and type   ids.htm   right after the a it should work.
 
I just did it after clicking on the link and getting the error message. In other words the tail end of the link will be
 
historical-records-finding-aids.htm
 
I simply cannot figure out how to stop the link from rolling over. 
 
If that doesn't work try going to
http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/courts/circuit/historical_records.htm
 
then go to the "Research Aids" section and click on "finding aids are available online"
