Good news Gale. As I have said, I've had good luck doing this in many
States. I've also had good luck contacting the County Historical Societies in
many States and asking for a volunteer to assist me.

I am seeking anyone who may own this book personally or who has a good
collection of Goochland books in their library.
I need to get one page copied and a title page. If you can scan it and
email, that is wonderful!
There is a will of John Perkins in the Goochland Co. Deed Book 19 p. 283.
I have a typed version but need to get the one from the book with the
title page to use for proof in a lineage society. I want to prove John’s
father
and grandfather for Col Dames as neither has been proven before.
Our library have 20 books at the most for Goochland Co. None is the right
one.
