Davidson's will was recorded in York County. In it he left his estate to his wife Mary. She died not long after, and his city lots were sold to pay his debts. Records of the sale indicate that no heirs had appeared on the scene by 1744. All indications are that he had no children.

Subject: Robert Davidson, Mayor of Williamsburg-died 1739

Does anyone have any information on the PEDIGREE/LINEAGE of the
Robert Davidson who was a chemist/pharmacist and also the Mayor of
Williamsburg, VA? He died in 1739, as I recall. Did he father any
children? Thanks.
