Thank you to Tom and Janet who set me straight. I'm blaming it on senior
moments or left-handedness in misinterpreting the location of Littleton
Parish. I took it to be east of the line )Powhatan) instead of west
(Cumberland).

I wish I got answers that fast to ALL my questions :-)
