On Wednesday, 3 October 2001, at noon in the first-floor conference rooms at
the Library of Virginia, Faye Weems will discuss her new book, Virginia
Wineries: Your Complete Tour Guide.

October is Virginia Wine Month, and although we cannot serve Virginia wines
at the talk, Faye Weems will serve up a host of destinations where you can
taste Virginia wines. Virginia's wineries are located in some of the most
beautiful places in the state, and they make some wonderful possibilities
for day trips and weekend excursions, even for teetotalers.

Faye Weems is a talented photographer, and her book is filled with striking
color photographs. Bring a lunch, and come learn more about Virginia's
wineries. A book signing will follow.
