Thank you for your kind offer, this is the way my line goes
John Puckett m Anne Jeffries
William m Anne Womack
Richard Puckett Sr (brother to Womack) m Martha Puckett daughter of John
Puckett and Elizabeth Allen
son Richard Puckett Jr m at this time unknown
        son Thomas Hobby Puckett
son James Puckett Sr m Martha Dabney
son James Puckett Jr m Margaret Russell
son William C Puckett m Mary Elizabeth Ann Talman
son Oliver Allen Puckett m “Sally” Lula Rebecca Chapman
son Frank Chapman Puckett m Jane Irene Hadden
daughter Margie Puckett m William Foy Barton

The reason no one has connected Thomas Hobby Puckett and James Puckett Sr to
their father is they just gave up since the records are so hard to trace,
but not me I will find something somewhere. My husband says I know more
dead people that living (LOL)

Thanks for all your help,
Margie Puckett Barton

to 1779

Hi Margie,

I have a book with the names of Early Virginia Immigrants from 1623-1666.
There are no Womack or Puckett but there are a lot of Allen's. Do you have
a first name or names of your Allen Family that I could look up for you?

Sincerely,
Mary Kinch

1779

Hello, I’m new to this list and planning to trip to Richmond in the next
couple
f weeks for research. My Womack, Puckett and Allen family is from Henrico,
melia and Chesterfield Counties from 1635 to 1779 or at least the ones I’m
esearching. I have hit a brick wall on Thomas Hobby Puckett born about 1743
in
enrico and died in 1802, I am trying to connect him to his father Richard
uckett, Jr born in 1719 Henrico and died in Amelia County in 1777. I would
ppreciate any help or suggestions.
Thank you,
argie Puckett Barton
