There is a Fred Quirin listed in Wisconsin Death Index, d. 29 May 1959, b. 
abt 1894.  Died in county of "BAYF"

Then in SSDI:  Frederick J. Quirin,  b. 29 Sep 1911, d. 21 Jun 2004, Last 
Residence: City: New York, County: New York, State: New York
