Here is some interesting reading about one of Sally Hemming's close 
relatives who was sent to a Buckingham Co., VA.  By the way, I understand 
that Thomas Jefferson obtained the idea for the brick serpentine wall at the 
University of VA from a home in Buckingham Co., VA (and it is believed that 
Thomas Jefferson designed the courthouse in Buckingham).
