There is a road in Fairfax county named - Old Keene Mill Road - must have
been named after someone or place.

I am  seeking information on William Keen(e).  I have not been able to  find
anything on him in terms of dates or parents.  What I do know  about him is
that he had a relationship with Frances Elswick ( my research  indicates
that they were never married) and had a child with her who they  named
William (b. 1894 in Buchanan County) as well though he went by  Bill.  Any
and all help would be greatly appreciated.
