Looking for fellow researchers of this family who may have information about
Zachariah Trent who died in 1822 and Obediah H. Trent (1790 – c. 1865) who
may have been his son. Obediah married Nancy Blankenship in 1810 and they
lived at what had been Lynch’s Tavern at Castle Craig, about 16 miles south
of Lynchburg, VA.

My primary objective is to determine the parents of Obediah H. Trent and
secondly who were the parents of the mysterious Zachariah Trent who lived
along Bear Creek and Molly’s Creek in circa 1815 Campbell County.
