I was absolutely fascinated with the Langdon-Joanne interchange.  I also appreciated the note that they would choose to send the query to the List, primarily because sometimes reading email from the List, I wonder if I have not received all List sends, that I am somehow out of the loop.  If you're taking a vote, I say go with the 2nd paragraph and let "client" handle it.  But vote or no, I appreciated the information about copyright of materials.
