Everyone,
I just learned that Dr. Edgar Toppin, a noted Historian passed. He was one of the persons who assisted me with my first book. I met him in 2000, when I held an event at Yorktown, and he was the keynote speaker. He and his wife (who is also deceased), were both historians and educators. He was a History Professor at Virginia State University at Petersburg, and published several books on African American History.
